3. Photo Storage & Retention

Your workspace photos are stored securely on our servers. We retain photos for up to 10 years for research and service improvement purposes. Photos are used solely for:

• Generating your workspace analysis
• Improving our AI analysis model
• Anonymous research on workspace environments

Photos are never shared publicly, sold, or used for advertising. You can request deletion of your photo and associated data at any time through our contact form.

4. AI Processing

Your photo is processed by an AI model (Google Gemini) to generate your workspace score. The photo is sent to Google’s API for analysis. Google’s privacy policy applies to their processing of this data.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you:

• Your workspace report
• Product updates and launch notifications
• Weekly workspace tips (if you opted in)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.

6. Payment Processing

Paid purchases are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe provides us with a transaction ID, last 4 digits of the card, and the amount paid, for our own records.

Stripe’s privacy policy governs their processing of your payment data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: hosting (Hostinger), email delivery, AI processing (Google Gemini), payment processing (Stripe), newsletter delivery (Kit)
• Law enforcement: if required by valid legal process

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our service. This involves cookies that track anonymous usage data. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.
